We understand that sometimes things come up that might cause you to miss an appointment but please be mindful that we also miss the opportunity to schedule someone else in your timeslot.  

ATTENTION! All appointment requests require a non-refundable deposit of $30. Deposit amount will be deducted from the cost of the service.
Customers can also pay the full amount for the service at the time of booking.

Rescheduling: If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you will be responsible for paying another non-refundable deposit of $30 to secure a new date on the calendar.

Cancellations: Are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged 30% of the balance for the selected service
