If you are not completely satisfied with the services or items purchased from us we are here to help.  

For products: If you are dissatisfied with a product you received from us or if it arrives to you defective or broken email us at [email protected] Please provide an explanation of the issue and proof of purchase for a refund or a replacement product to be sent to you. 

For Services: We work hard to ensure that customers are satisfied with their services when they leave the salon. We do not offer refunds for services offered. If you are dissatisfied with a service you have 48 hours to notify us about this issue to be resolved at no cost to you.
